We accept Wiring, Band draft and cheque to be clear as payment. We don’t accept Visa and MasterCard as payment. Customers picking up orders can pay by cash.
Claims requests must be reported to our sales within two (2) business days of receipt of goods. Please quote the invoice number when making your claim. SunFarm will not accept products returned to our warehouse without prior approval.
SunFarm will do our utmost to hold prices from catalogue to catalogue, but all prices are subject to change without notice, please refer to the updated quotation. This is especially true during times of volatile currency exchange rates and changing tariffs. We will fill orders regardless of price changes unless notified otherwise.

In order to meet customer’s different requirements on delivery time and cost, we are offering various types of transportation. Air and ocean freight (LCL / FCL) and etc. are available, or we can assist to deliver the goods to your designated freight forwarder.
Normally, international air shipment needs 2-7 days, and international ocean shipment to big ports requires 4-5 weeks. More details, we will confirm with you according to your order, schedules and destination ports.
Our warehouse is a brand new concrete and steel warehouse building of over 100,000 square feet in size. It is centrally located close to major highways and container docks, therefore keeping our clients’ transportations costs to a minimum.
